VULCANIZING! What the?

Bunk Bed Duty

After spending many hours doing bunk beds, we treated ourselves to Halo Halo (Mix Mix)
from a member who lives in front of the Elders.

VULCANIZING IN THE PHILIPPINES!

The word "TIRE" Shop would take less effort and paint!!
We saw so many we almost played Pa-Diddle!

MAKEUP SEMINAR TERESA BRANCH

And the winner of the 500 peso drawing is
Sister Ercelida Heve!

Philippine Enterprises

We will be showing the signs of places we frequent here so we can remember them.

Tita El's Food Court.  We have never tried it but it is seen all over the place.

Two of the main franchises of Drug Stores

Roast Pig at it's finest....they say.  Never tried it though.

A fast-food favorite  ChowKing.  We had lunch there one time and didn't care to return.
BDO is the type of ATM we use.
Savemore is a market in the Provinces where we get supplies and food.
Watson's is another pharmacy franchise.

Fashion Seminar Teresa Branch

Marjorie winning the raffle!

The dress she bought and wore on Sunday!

This cute little gal will be turning 13 soon and was so excited to win the raffle money!  I told her DO NOT BUY RICE OR ULAM!
THIS IS FOR YOU TO BUY SOMETHING PRETTY FOR YOU.

BAPTISMS, BAPTISMS, BAPTISMS
Brother Nicos Alayon is such a quiet, unassuming man with an amazingly strong spirit,
he just glowed! He will make such a contribution to the Branch.
Elder Tinsely and Elder Santiago are great missionaries!
Elder Capate and Elder Karawa with the TEVES family.
Vee Jay 17 and Joe Michael 12 were baptized

During the Baptism, Marjorie could not stop playing with the hair on Elder J's arm. Such a NOVELTY here!  She was stroking it like it was some kind of a small animal.  Hahahahaha!

She checked me out and found that I was like her, almost hairless!  We all had a great laugh.

Spiritual Highs amid Routine Week.....

MISSION TOUR

Grabbing a snack before going home.

Greatest meeting ever with Elder Shane Bowen and his wife!  LOVED IT!

Shopping for Apartments...AGAIN!

Elder J. hooking up a new stove for
Elder Malmrose and Elder Tagiloa.

The VERY narrow street to their apartment!

The new water filters the Church is providing for the missionary apartments.  They work soooo much better than the old ones!

HOW'S MY DRIVING?
May Reklamo ka?
KEEP DISTANCE

I was bored on the way to the Temple to do Baptisms so I decided to show you the signs we see on the Jeepneys, Taxis and Trucks ALL over town!

Do NOT ask how your driving is...

We might just tell you.

There is NO SUCH THING as KEEP DISTANCE in the Philippines!

Almost on EVERY Jeepney!

This truck made and attempt to scratch Keep Distance on the back panel!

Love this one... at least they added a scripture to the back!

COOL MAN LUKE!

A POLICE PADDY WAGON

NOT TOO SURE ABOUT THIS LOAD....
but INTERESTING!
