NEW HOUSING PROJECT FOR THE PERALTA'S AND CANDARI'S

Quite up-dated housing for Maligaya real solid doors with handles and peep holes.  Real sliding windows, metal framed roof.  Two- story with a sleeping area upstairs. Electrical already set up and now they are just waiting for a long hose to get water from up the hill.

Cinder-block all the way up to the roof
instead of plywood.

Inside shows the height and how they will be able to add a floor above the CR and have a step ladder of sorts to get up there.
Jhun and two of his helpers pose.  They are working hard to get to the point they can move in so that the Dingal family can move into Jhun's old house. Right now the Dingal's live in a Tindahan (store building with very low roof and is very hot for them and the new baby)

Another Week, Another Assessment...

March, 2015 Language Assessment

Working through internet and program glitches!

It's fun to watch and hear the missionaries as they express themselves in Tagalog!
Some of our favorites!  Elder Ballon, Elder Sabado, Elder Hall and Elder Ah Hong

More Signs of the Filipino Franchises

A popular but sad version of McDonalds.

Never been here but we see it everywhere!  A chicken and rice menu most likely.

A couple of chains of supermarkets.  We heard one missionary liken Shopwise to Walmart.....
hmmm, not so much!

A very good bakery that specializes in cakes and treats.  They always wrap their boxes with red ribbon.  I re-purpose the ribbon for our baptismal towel gifts.

We heard that you do NOT want to get an Angel's hamburger!
Robinson's is one of the top malls in the area, it's a department store, grocery store combo and usually has drawn a complete collection of stores for a large mall.

Saturday With Moroni

Marivic brought Mary Jane to watch Moroni  while she cleaned our house.....Look what Mary Jane was doing and look was I was doing!

Sacrament Meeting in
Teresa Branch

It's great to see it GROW!
