And this little piggie went to market!

While walking through the market I had this pig whisked by me over the shoulder of this guy.

Looks like a happy fella...going to the market...

I bet he wished that he got to stay home!

This one would rather we had ROAST BEEF!

And this little piggy had NONE!

Sick!  It also smells really bad in there.  One of the blessings of being a little further away from the food chain.

SERVICE PROJECT for NANAY MILAN

Filling rice bags with chip sand, a much cheaper version of sand for cement.

Hauling the bags down the long muddy trail to the site.  These rock stairs to the right need to be replaced to something much safer and more sturdy.  We were afraid to even try to navigate them.  They were so slick and muddy from the rain.

Our new "loaner" truck...same make and style different color.

Elder J. was muddy from head to toe.

The Jardines, Nanay Milan, and us.
If I am 5'2" and about 130 lbs. just what do you suppose Sister Jardine and Nany Milan are????  I look like SHREK next to them.

Banapple Restaurant

Absolutely darling tables made from what looks like chinese checker marbles placed in a cement or something!   I loved them and think I'll do some patio furniture like this.  Below was the whimsically painted wall with metal ornaments to match the metal scroll back chairs.   The restaurant was by far our favorite so far.  Pretty cheap food, great American type entree's with a huge mound of garlic rice.  They also specialize in pies and cheesecakes....We may have to go to the city more often.....I really will look like Shrek!!

We love the little kids in school uniforms!!  My favorite!
